The Radiological Protection Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth and development of personnel through initial and proficiency training along with onboarding of radiological protection personnel. Mentors personnel during instruction periods while also coaching personnel during observations of mockup and field activities. Coaches and instructs radiological protection personnel to ensure safe and compliant radiological practices and adherence to all Federal, State, Company, and Site requirements.
