Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC) is seeking an End Stream Delivery (ESD) Operations Coordinator to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site (SRS).

The ESD Operations Coordinator tracks, coordinates, and controls all Operations Acceptance Checklist (OAC) activities and temporary modifications for the End Stream Delivery facility.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates the OAC and coordinates activities through engineering and facility management acceptance
  • Initiates the checklist
  • Consolidates key information or impacts from reviewers
  • Ensures impact activities are included in facility schedule/database
  • Completes the OAC process per SW6-V2, Liquid Waste Facility Operations Administrative Procedure
  • Responsible for following Temporary Modification(TM) coordination per Manuel E7, Procedure 2.05A
  • Coordinates the TM process
  • Issues TM numbers
  • Ensures impact activities are included in facility schedule/database
  • Posts and removes TM’s
  • Maintains TM log and official document control file 
  • Review and closure of work packages
  • Records management
  • Administrative duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and practical work experience in plant operations/maintenance, project, or technical area(s)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
  • Ability to understand and interpret various electrical and mechanical documents, blueprints, drawings and schematics
  • General knowledge of Technical Safety Requirements purpose importance
  • General knowledge of site work control procedures and work practices and procedures for Operations Acceptance Checklist requirements
  • General knowledge of site work control procedures and work practices and procedures for Temporary Modification requirements
  • General knowledge of general or specific safety, environmental, regulatory, safeguards, security, emergency preparedness programs, policies, practices and guidelines
  • General knowledge of schedules and schedule integration including support resources required to accomplish tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC), a prime contractor for the US Department of Energy, is responsible for managing the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site’s Liquid Waste operations contract. Located in Aiken, South Carolina, SRMC is a limited liability company formed by nuclear operations and environmental remediation global leaders BWXT, Amentum, and Fluor. Minimum Pay

USD $56,100.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $124,300.00/Yr.
